Offered by Christopher G. Gilliam, SPHR, CCP, and... GRI
My professional background (see below) allows me to understand the employers perspective, priorities and concerns; which in turn allows me a most unique ability to mold real estate services APPROPRIATELY for your employees. Note: There is no actual charge* to the employer for any of these services!
Employer Assisted Housing (EAH)

An overview of Employer Assisted Housing
Relocation Services - Relocating employees significantly increases turnover. Turnover is an extremely expensive cost. With my unique background in both employee management as well as real estate... I can help.
Real Estate Lunch-N-Learns - Employers regularly offer training on their 401(k)'s. However, the largest outlay of earned income each month for the vast majority of employees is NOT their retirement account... it's their HOME. YET EMPLOYERS DON'T OFFER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES RELATED TO THIS ALL-IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THEIR LIVES!!. We offer Lunch-N-Learns for your employees where we cover such matters as:
- Should we refinance?
- What's the local market doing right now? How's it trending for the future?
- What should we look for in a mortgage company?
- Is there a difference between a mortgage broker and a bank that offers mortgages?
- Should we use a licensed real esate agent, or sell it ourselves?
- How can we sell it ourselves, without a Realtor?
- What's the difference between a licensed real estate agent and a Realtor?
- What should I look for when interviewing a real estate professional?
- What is a short sale? What is an R.E.O.?
- What are the pro's and con's of buying a short sale or an R.E.O.?
Each session ends with a Q and A opportunity
Think about it... why do we offer wellness programs and E.A.P.'s? It's because we understand that while we (as employers) don't necessarily want to be involved in our employee's personal lives, it is to our detriment to not recognize the incredible influence that personal aspects of our employee's lives have on their on-the-job focus and abilities... not to mention retention! Offering real estate Lunch-N-Learn opportunities to your employees is a GREAT way to show you care!
Please note: With my particularly unique background, I know to NOT "sell" me and/or my services during these educational sessions!

* No "actual charge" = The employer will never recieve a bill, nor have to make payment, for our services. The reason I don't say "no charge" is that I realize that time is money... so just meeting with me to discuss how these services could be of benefit will be a "cost" to you. I don't say "no charge" out of respect for the value of your time.
